Clients come to me for support with:
I work with an understanding of how our experiences can shape identity, relationships, and our sense of safety. I recognise that the ways we cope often develop for important reasons, particularly in response to early relationships and life experiences.
I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is happening for you at your own pace. Your autonomy, wellbeing, and individual needs remain at the heart of our work.
Together, we can make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with curiosity and compassion, helping you develop greater self-understanding and find ways forward that feel right for you.
I offer both short-term and long-term counselling, depending on your individual needs and what you hope to gain from therapy.
Sessions are available in person in Norwich city centre, East Harling or online via Microsoft Teams, offering flexibility to access support in a way that works best for you.
I hold full professional indemnity insurance and an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
Sessions are typically 50 mins and are offered on a weekly basis at £50 per session.
If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
